Do I need a control meter or a full utility meter replacement?
A control meter is a sub meter installed after the main utility meter to measure specific circuits, areas, or tenants. It does not replace the supplier meter and usually does not require utility involvement. We confirm the best option after checking your distribution board and usage goals.
Can you install a control meter for a three phase commercial panel?
Yes, we install three phase control meters including CT operated models for higher loads. We verify phase sequence, CT orientation, and ratio settings during commissioning to ensure accurate readings. The meter and enclosure are selected to match your panel layout and site conditions.
Will the meter support remote monitoring or integration with a building system?
Many modern control meters can provide pulse outputs or communication options like Modbus, depending on the model. We can install the wiring and configure the outputs so your monitoring platform can capture readings. If you do not need remote access now, we can still choose a meter that allows an easy upgrade later.
