What should I do to prepare for a hob installation appointment?

Make sure the hob is on site, the worktop cut out is ready, and the area is cleared for safe access. If the hob is built in above an oven, ensure the cabinet can be accessed if needed. Having the model details available also helps us confirm requirements quickly.
